Novel Computing for Streaming Radio Frequency in Low Size, Weight and Power Environments

Create a small and computationally powerful Radio Frequency (RF) sensor that meets or exceeds the requirements of extremely limited low size, weight, and power (LOW SWaP) platforms. This computational engine should weigh < = 1.5 lbs., require < = 100 watts of power, and be able to ingest and process > = 2 GHz of instantaneous bandwidth of RF spectrum continuously.
