[Proposer's] solution significantly enhances the Strategic Capability of Rapid, Effective Decision-Making for both Security Forces (SF) and Fire and Emergency Services (FES) by providing real-time location and biometric data—including heart rate and oxygen saturation—even in GNSS-degraded environments through a NIAP-compliant [wearable] integrated directly with USAF TAK servers and existing cellular networks, enabling Incident Commanders to make informed, timely decisions during critical missions such as active shooter incidents, natural disasters, CBRN threats, fire suppression, rescue operations, and medical first response. The system's direct integration with government TAK servers ensures data integrity without reliance on third-party systems, while its compatibility with existing cellular networks enhances scalability for both CONUS and OCONUS garrison missions, allowing ICs to monitor operator locations and health conditions in real time, allocate resources effectively, optimize response times, and proactively address health risks in hazardous zones and confined spaces. This TACFI establishes a critical foundation for integrating [proposer's] capabilities into Agile Combat Employment (ACE) missions in non-garrison environments, providing commanders with continuous, all-encompassing visibility of personnel and assets through low-detectability data transmissions, SOS capabilities, and dynamic mapping features including waypoints, phase lines, and objectives that maintain seamless situational awareness in contested environments. The solution supports mission-critical roles such as Contingency Response Group (CRG) airfield management by establishing and maintaining airfield operations with live situational environment updates, secure entry control points (ECPs), traffic control points (TCPs), restricted areas, safe vehicle routing, and airfield asset management, ultimately enabling decentralized command and control for ACE operations while maintaining operational readiness, troop safety, resource accountability, and mission success across complex SF and FES operations in dynamic and austere environments.
How Much is Redacted:
An old proposal gives you an idea of what you need to produce in order to win. Imagine trying to do a puzzle without being able to see the image of the competed puzzle.
This redacted proposal is like the puzzle box that shows you what you are working towards.
We have a video with full recommendations on how to get the most out of these old winning proposals but the key benefits are:
Under the redacted section you can see all the pages you will get. The blurred text is clear and readable, but the black bars are in place to hide this author's "secret sauce."
The proposal is a PDF download but each page is an image, so you will not be able to copy text directly out of the document.
As a digital product there are no returns.
If you think that the product description misrepresented what you get in the download contact us to discuss a refund
You will get a PDF file either immediately downloaded to your computer or sent to you in an email
We can make no guarantees about winning or win rates but consider this:
The value of your time:
Your chances of winning:
We have been very conservative in our estimates and we think that an old winning proposal will save you more time and increase your win rate by more than 1%, but even at these assumptions the value of a winning proposal is far higher than the cost
